These terms apply when you use this website or send us an enquiry through it. The work itself is covered by a separate written agreement — this page is about the website and the estimate process that leads up to one.

Using this website

By browsing this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site — call us instead on +1 825 777 2600 or +1 825 962 2600.

Estimates are not contracts

Requesting an estimate costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nothing on this website, and no estimate we give you, forms a contract on its own. Work only goes ahead once we have both agreed a written scope and price and you have accepted it.

An estimate is based on what we could see and what you told us. If we open up a roof and find damage that was not visible during the inspection — rotten decking, previous repairs done badly, structural problems — we will stop, explain what we have found, and agree any change with you before carrying on.

What you tell us

Please give us accurate contact details and an honest description of the problem. We schedule crews and order materials on the strength of it. By submitting a form you confirm that the phone number you have given is yours and that you are entitled to request work at the address concerned.

Text messages

Consent to text messages is optional and is never a condition of getting a quote or having work done. If you consent, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We may still contact you by phone or email about work already under way.

Insurance claims

We are happy to inspect storm and hail damage and document it for your insurer. We are a roofing contractor, not an insurance adjuster or a public adjuster: we cannot decide, negotiate, or guarantee the outcome of your claim, and nothing we say should be taken as advice about your policy. Whether a claim is approved and what it pays is between you and your insurer.

Information on this site

We keep the pages here accurate, but roofing advice on a website cannot account for your particular roof. Prices, timescales, and service areas may change without notice, and general guidance is no substitute for someone looking at the building. Do not rely on this website alone for a decision about your property.

Our work and warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed, and we register the manufacturer warranty on every roof we install. The exact terms, length, and what is and is not covered are set out in the written agreement for your job. Manufacturer warranties are given by the manufacturer on their terms, not ours.

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this website belong to Nagra Roofing and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You are welcome to share links to it.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to a manufacturer, or to an insurer's guidance — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits of our liability

We are responsible for the roofing work we carry out under the agreement for your job. We are not responsible for loss arising from your use of this website itself, or from relying on general information published here rather than on an inspection. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

What we do with the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there.
