This policy explains what Nagra Roofing collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it. We only ask for what we need to quote and complete roofing work.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an estimate or contact form, we store what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- The service you selected, if you selected one
- Your message
- Whether you ticked the box consenting to text messages
Alongside that submission we also record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page the form was sent from, and the date and time. These are kept for security — they let us identify spam and abuse, and they are the record of when and from where any consent was given.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an inspection or quote
- To carry out roofing work you ask us to do
- To help document an insurance claim, where you have asked us to
- To keep a record of the consent you gave for text messages
- To protect the website from spam and abuse
We rely on your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Text messages
The consent checkbox on our forms is optional. You will get a quote from us whether or not you tick it, and we will not make it a condition of doing business. If you do consent, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us phoning or emailing you about work in progress.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is shared only with:
- Our web host, which stores the website and its database
- Our email provider, which delivers the notification of your enquiry to us
- Your insurance company or adjuster, only where you have asked us to help with a claim
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to
Cookies
This website sets one cookie: a session cookie used to keep your form submission secure and to keep you signed in if you are an administrator. It carries no advertising or tracking information and expires when you close your browser.
We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are switched on.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may need them: to follow up, to honour a warranty on work we carried out, and to show that consent was given. Where we have no ongoing reason to keep an enquiry, we delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly reachable, the admin area is password protected, and forms are protected against forgery and automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of what you send us seriously.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Contact us at info@nagraroofing.ca and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging roofing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

What information does this website collect about me?
What you type into the estimate form — your name, contact details and what you tell us about the property — together with the technical details that arrive with any web request, such as your IP address and the time of submission. The sections above set each of these out in full.
Do you sell my information?
No. Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and to carry out the work you ask for. They are not sold, and not passed to anyone for their own marketing.
How do I stop the text messages?
Reply STOP to any message and they end. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing texts is optional in the first place — you can ask for a quote without giving it.
How do I ask for my information, or have it deleted?
Email info@nagraroofing.ca or call +1 825 777 2600 and ask. We will tell you what is held and remove what we are not required to keep.
Does the site use cookies?
The site uses the cookies described in the cookies section above — the ones needed for the forms to work securely, and the analytics and anti-spam services named there. Your browser settings can block them, though the forms may stop working if you block the necessary ones.
