How quickly will I hear back after sending the form?

What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

What should I include when I get in touch?
Whatever you already know is enough to start. The things that help most are:
- The address, or at least the neighbourhood
- Roughly what is happening — a leak, missing shingles, hail, or an ageing roof
- Whether it is a house or a commercial building
- Whether an insurance claim is already open
- Photographs, if you have any that are safe to take from the ground
Please do not climb onto the roof to take pictures. We will do that.
Is the estimate free, and does asking for one commit me to anything?
The estimate is free and it commits you to nothing. You get a written scope and a price; the work itself is only ever agreed separately, in writing.
Will I get text messages if I fill in the form?
Only if you tick the consent box, which is optional — you can request a quote without it. If you do tick it and later change your mind, reply STOP to any message and they end. Reply HELP for assistance.

Do you charge for an inspection after a hail storm?
